Purchase Orders
Please include your Tax I.D. number, billing address, contact, and phone number, shipping address, our model number, model name and price, and shipping instructions. Please reference any quotation you may have received. New customers requesting terms must provide credit information. Our credit application can be downloaded in Word format.

Order Cancellations
Only written cancellations are considered valid. Some cancellation charges may apply. Contact us at 858-571-4330 prior to cancellation.

Prices
Prices and quotations are valid for 30 days. Prices are F.O.B. origination. Shipping charges and insurance are additional unless otherwise noted.

Shipping
Normal shipping within the continental United States is via Ground. If you desire another type of shipping, we are happy to oblige. We can prepay and add to your invoice or we can use your shipping number. All shipments are F.O.B. origination.

Payment
All invoices are due Net 30 days from the date of shipment with approved credit. Please call 858-571-4330 to establish an account prior to placing your order.

We also accept all major credit cards. Orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address unless another address is on file with the credit card company. There are no exceptions to this.
